We decided to replace our 14 year old condo split system before the heat really gets chugging here in Scottsdale. Tomer took a look at the unit top (4 story roof) to bottom, tested every function and said we could get another season or 2 out of it if we needed to. The estimate was clear and concise. From our agreement to installation was only 3 days. His crew was timely, courteous, efficient and FAST.
Extremely quick response time (so important for Arizona!) and they really took their time to analyze every aspect of our A/C to make sure we knew not only what needed to be done now, but also what needed to be done in the future. I expected a pretty hefty bill for such a white glove service, but was so surprised by how competitive the pricing was.
I had a new AC/Heating system installed. Because the airflow on one side of the house was a little sluggish, I had them check the situation out, and they determined a new return and larger ductwork would be more beneficial. The guys came out and made the changes. They are excellent to work with, honest, and keep their customers informed.
