Really happy with Klein Heating and Cooling. They were able to come out pretty quickly and take care of my AC unit when it needed service. They were friendly, straightforward, and got everything taken care of. I’d definitely call them again.

We have used Klein Heating and Cooling for a few years. They are the best! They are a locally owned company and don’t try to upsell things you don’t need. We had a home with very old units and they kept them running and got out here quick on several occasions to fix them when they weren’t working. We also used them to install 3 new units last summer. They have always been professional, quick to respond, and they even just came out same day to help with a post monsoon issue. I would recommend to anyone looking for an honest, fair HVAC company!

Honest knowledgeable and professional.

Tomer Klein (the owner) helped me out on a SUNDAY when my family (young kids) woke up to a blown AC fan motor and nearly 90 degrees INSIDE.

This man actually picked up his phone on a Sunday morning and said he could be RIGHT OVER to help me out (I almost fell over).

Absolutely amazing! You just don’t find good people like this anymore who take pride in doing something and doing it right even on a SUNDAY.

I cant not say enough good things. I will only be using Klein AC from now on ! Look no further!

Our 17-year old AC unit died in the midst of summer, and Tomer came to the rescue with great speed, care, and honest options. He was able to get us a brand new unit for much less than other companies, and got it all done the day after I called him. Tomer is the best!

My air conditioner went down and the dedicated staff at Klein heating and cooling immediately responded within a few minutes and set up a time to come over and check things out. The communication and service were timely and excellent. They took full responsibility for the job and didn't leave a trace. They were competitively priced and took the time to answer my questions. I would definitely use them again.

So, I had a new water heater put in this past winter by another company. In order to get the “discount” I had joined their membership which included HVAC summer maintenance.

Well, they came out a week ago and shared all the stuff that was wrong with my air conditioning unit. I’m talking over $1000 before we even find out if I need a new unit.

I’ve used Klein many times before, and thought that I would have him take a look. He said it was in great shape - $79.

We decided to replace our 14 year old condo split system before the heat really gets chugging here in Scottsdale. I called Klein Heating and Cooling after hearing their radio spot and doing a little digging into the company. I found Tomer Klein to be a family man running an honest, straight forward HVAC business not in a hustle to oversell or perform unnecessary services. He took a look at the unit top (4 story roof) to bottom, tested every function, performed a bit of maintenance and said we could get another season or 2 out of it if we needed to. I fully expected a laundry list of "this is wrong and that's going to fail" as I have several properties and have used numerous HVAC service providers. I had Tomer write me an estimate to replace the whole system and found the pricing competitive, the estimate clear and concise and the availability to perform the work all acceptable.
From our agreement to installation was only 3 days. His crew was timely, courteous, efficient and FAST. The system was down only a few hours and back on line humming.
I heartily recommend Klein Heating and Cooling and will use their services across all of my properties!

I had a new AC/Heating system installed. Although the system is excellent, because the airflow on one side of the house was a little sluggish, I had them check the situation out, and they determined a new return and larger ductwork would be more beneficial. The guys came out, and made the changes. They are excellent to work with, honest, and keep their customers informed. I would highly recommend Tomer and his guys for your heating and ac needs.

We researched several of the myriad of HVAC service providers in the Phoenix area. After doing our "due diligence," and noting an HVAC option via a Patriot 960 radio ad, we selected "Klein Heating and Cooling"--and we were most impressed by its overall professionalism, successful track record, and overall capabilities.

Tomer Klein, our primary contact, is a highly dedicated, self-directed, and experienced individual who is a genuine asset to this industry, as it is not often one finds such an amalgam of excellent characteristics and great customer service orientation in an owner or sales rep.

In sum, we found "Klein Heating and Cooling" to be the best overall option in every respect for our HVAC needs--and we recognized that even if we paid a somewhat higher price for its services, it would be well worth it by any qualifiers or conditions!

Klein HVAC is by far the most honest and and professional company we have ever worked with. Previously, we worked with two other companies but decided to give Kevin HVAC a try as they were highly recommended. They arrived same day inspected our unit, and called to let me know the was nothing wrong with it. We’re not sure what happened, but they said, the unit is now working perfectly and cooling without any repairs needed. We’re truly impressed by their integrity and professionalism. I called Klien Heating and Cooling when I heard a sound coming from my AC unit that just didn't sound right. They came and resolved the issue within minutes. Charged me an honest fee, no up-selling at all. I would 100% recommend them and will use them in the future.

I needed a whole new system! I received assessments and estimates from four other companies, but I chose Klein Heating and Cooling and I’m very glad I did. My hat goes off to owner Tomer and his team of experts. He walked me flawlessly through the entire process from estimate to complete install and I could not be more pleased. he genuinely cares about each customer and it shows. So grateful to Klein Heating and Cooling! I needed a second opinion after noticing our AC wasn’t cooling down. The original quote was close to the cost of a new system.

Tomer walked me through all the possibilities, including total replacement. His knowledge and integrity are unmatched! I appreciated his honesty as he diagnosed the issue. He was able to recharge my AC to extend its life, saving me thousands of dollars off the original quote.

It’s not often you find professionals willing to do repairs. In an era of planned obsolescence it’s refreshing to work with Klein Heating and Cooling!

Extremely quick response time (So important for Arizona!) and they really took their time to analyze every aspect of our A/C to make sure we knew not only what needed to be done now, but also what needed to be done in the future to keep things running smoothly.
